They say they will reimburse you if you rent city bikes. Huge hassle. No coffee pot in room unless you ask for it specifically. You can buy a $6 cup of drip coffee at their coffee shop."

Those were the 2 biggest negatives."

"The staff members were very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect. Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach, about 7 to 10 minutes to the International Marketplace. The cleaning staff ensured tour room was kept immaculate and well-so supplied. The valet parking rates are a bit high but only $10 per day higher than the nearby parking garages. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient."
