We have great experience staying in this Hotel. The room is spacious and well designed for 4 people. Enjoyed the roof top Spa , the breakfast bar also serves quality food 💕with great views. We enjoyed our stay at the Candeo Kumamoto very much. The onsen was amazing. The temperature of the water and the sauna were great. I loved the cold plunge. Staff was helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially. We slept in the triple and the beds were maybe just a little soft. Size of the room really great for families

Great location, we could walk or take the tram easily anywhere. We liked the comfortable room and bed. Nice onsen. The breakfast had a good selection. Our only complaint is that the coffee is weak and terrible

Great Hotel. Book it !

Amazing breakfast. Feels like a 5 star hotel with very attentive staff. Hotel even have laundry rooms so we could do our laundry after hours. It was an added connivence especially for those with kids. Very close to shopping area.

The best service I have received during my stay in Kumamoto. The room is very spacious and clean with public bath with amazing view of the city. The cleaning service visit every day to make sure the room is tidy and equipped with sufficient towels. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I were to visit Kumamoto.
