"Really enjoyed our stay at Senses. The hotel was a lovely boutique style with great staff who helped to make our stay a pleasurable experience. The pool area was really nice with great views over the port and of the castle. Breakfast didn’t have a huge selection but it was more than adequate with omelettes cooked to order! Location was around a 25 mins walk from the old town, which we liked. Loads of great restaurants, shops and bars were all within easy reach and taxis were easy to arrange."

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
