"The hotel has been recently rebranded and is undergoing extensive renovations. The bits they've finished, like the rooms and the dining room, are new and shiny. The room itself was comfortable. It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by.

"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."
"Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. "This ryokan was an amazing and incredible experience. The people here were so kind and their service was on another level! From the moment we walked in to check in, we were comfortably seated to tea and refreshments. Their morning breakfast.. we were amazed at the quality of the spread. Their dinner felt like a feast and had such curated foods. During our whole stay here, it felt like a wellness stay from the healthy meals, snack/tea times, aromatherapy towels, and private onsen (there are two onsens on the main floor that is shared by the guests but can be privately used one at a time). Beds and rooms were so comfortable as well! Thank you so much for the stay, we had a wonderful experience!! "

"Property is centrally located in Kinosaki Onsen’s main street and canal. It is also almost in front of Jizou-Yu, one of Japan the town’s seven public baths. Room I stayed in was modern and recently built or renovated. This ryokan has its own bath. Staff at check in was very nice and helpful. They do let you know that staff after a certain time in the afternoon do not speak English and there is an 11:30 PM curfew - they lock the doors. Breakfast or dinner was not included but room and inn were still of great value. It even has its own private balcony area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay again if given the chance. "
