The best place to stay to go to the historical Bikan - wonderful place to visit. Take into account to store your bags you need to rent a locker (¥500-¥1000). Breakfast is literally a sandwich in a box, coffee is ¥200.

The hotel room was very big and spacious! Close by to the historical bikan quarter! The only downside was that the bed was super hard. Felt like sleeping on a brick. The staff was very kind.

Excellent location near historic quarter. Tricky check in as only hotel on trip that didn’t look after luggage before check in, and had to pay for lockers (£15 in our case). Also charged for ‘welcome drink’ coffee. Otherwise pleasant, clean room and hotel, so an extra star if they sorted the luggage storage situation.

Incredibly affordable and a short walk to Kurashiki Station and the beautiful historical district. Can't recommend it enough! P.S. If you're in Kurashiki, make sure to check out Aichi shrine!

This hotel is located very close to the tourist attractions, so we could do shopping and sightseeing, and there were many restaurants to eat at, so we really enjoyed it. We would like to use it again.　 I'm Japanese.

Solid choice, cheap price with large room, nearby to local viewpoint. However, no service is provided at all, not even for luggage keeping service. Early locked my room key even it is not yet for the check-out time. Need of improvement for staff attitude.

Unfortunately you could hear the loud noise from the crossing nearby until fairly late at night. We could also hear someone’s TV in the night. Check in was very quick and easy, polite staff and a generally very clean and pleasant premises. The room was pretty spacious and very clean too.

Nice place, good location, helpful staff, very weird breakfast (de-facto the thing called "breakfast" was a pack of some dishes collected and placed in a paper bag. It was small, and I doubt if eatable at all - tested some of them and the test bite was actually the only bite I did)
