"Everything is wonderful at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel! We enjoyed their new gym and also the great restaurants nearby. Also, it’s just across the street from the metro (subway) and JR (surface train) station so you can get anywhere very quickly!"

"This hotel is truly wonderful! The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast was great too and walking distance to the metro. there also is close restaurants and markets. The onsen is also a nice touch to use after a long day. I’ll be back for sure. The small touches like amenities at the front desk was also nice. Try the hair milk treatment. "

"Great location to stay in Tokyo. Once we realized that the hotel is directly connected to Shiodome station (don’t even have to go outside), our commute to different areas was a breeze! Mandatory room cleanings every 3 days were nice and hotel was clean overall. We opted out of breakfast buffet since there is a Lawson / 7-11 right near by as well as cafes in the train station for a quick bite. Overall would recommend mostly for the location convenience. Not much to do around the hotel though if that’s what you’re looking for and not planning to commute much. "

"The staff at this hotel were truly outstanding. Every one I encountered went out of there way to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel is very new so of course still pristine. The room was small but comfortable and very well appointed with everything you could need. Even if an airline lost your luggage you would be fine here. It was exceptionally clean. I really liked the high end bathroom fixtures. The toilet was amazing ( North American hotels need to get on board with this tech). This is the perfect hotel for an airport layover. Right next to the exit from the first monorail or train stop from airport (I was confused on which to take but it turns out both stop at this location). I would like the hotel to put up a sign that is visible from the station exit though. It was raining when I arrived and I had to step out from the covered area of the station to see it causing a very brief moment of confusion. I’m glad I opted for the breakfast. It was delicious and had a nice wide variety of western and Asian dishes. And of course the restaurant staff was very helpful and attentive. I also appreciated the tech used for the check in/ checkout process as it was simple and streamlined the process. It’s rare I give a perfect score but they have truly earned it. "

"The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "
