"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. "The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. I especially loved the public bath — it exceeded my expectations! It was just a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room. If there's a good price deal, I’d definitely love to come back. Out of all the places I stayed in Fukuoka, this was the best!"

The room was quiet, clean, and had space enough to relax and be able to repack our suitcases before our flight back home to America. Staff was kind and helpful as well.
