All I can say is I should stay more than 1 day! Great onsen with sulphuric minerals. Good location, 2 ways 10 minutes walk from centre but hey! Who is rushing? Near 7-11 and another convenience shop and cake shop and bus station.

Very clean and great service! The whole place is bean-themed which is very cute. Every part of the welcome snack and breakfasts had some kind of bean. They also have very nice free homemade drinks. Your room also has a chocolate bean snack which is really yummy! There’s a private toilet (no bath) and sink in your room, with plenty of private baths available on the first floor. Love that the bath water is sourced from Yubatake - very silky. Bath amenities and toiletries were also amazing, and you...

2泊しましたが、夕食がバイキングで、2泊とも同じメニューだったのがとても残念でしたが、それ以外は満点です。

This is a very beautiful ryokan. It has gone through renovations so the interior is new and modern, but it has also retained the charms of a ryokan with tatami floors, indoor gardens etc. The room is very big and well heated. I wish I had more time to hang around the ryokan! We had a half board, which includes dinner and breakfast. There was a good spread of local food, I got to try quite a few new food items that I haven't had before. A private onsen can be booked for an additional charge,...

Beautiful ryokan hotel with attentive staff, the overall atmosphere of the place is calming, perfect for a retreat. The kaiseki meals for dinner and breakfast had generous portions - food was pretty good (but not exceptional compared to other ryokans). There's also free yakult, ice cream / ice lollies, tea and late night ramen served at the lounge during different timings, these were nice treats to have after a good soak at the onsen. We loved the convenience of having shuttle buses to and from...

Good place to stay. Near the attractions and there is a shopping area just under the hotel. Free shuttle bus to the hotel from the bus terminal.

Great location and staff is friendly.

Had a Wonderful 2 nights stay. Glad that I had chosen this hotel. It’s so convenient. Within walking distance from the Bus Station and Yubatake. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The simple Breakfast provided is good.
