"Wonderful property. Spacious and everything we needed for our family of 5. Great to find a place with separate rooms for sleeping as well. "

"A clean, efficient unit, much like a small apartment. Has a stove top, microwave and small kitchen to prepare simple meals or heat up things. About a 10min walk to the train station and a short wall to a bus stop and family mart. It is a walk up so you will need to climb stairs to your unit. The bathroom is like new and the bed is comfortable. "

"A really great place to stay. Very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is a true one-bedroom unit with plenty of room. The Chromecast on the TV is a great touch because you can stream any content off your phone if you don't speak a Japanese. We really loved staying here."

"Unfortunately, our original machyia had a problem with the heating system so the company arranged for us to stay in two alternative properties which were rather different in location and amenities. Their communication was excellent however and they looked after transferring our luggage and the price remained the same even though they had suggested we'd received an “upgrade.” Both properties worked out fine though the latter one had an unusual layout that was clearly designed for clients keen...

"This traditional home was a real treat. The garden was magical on a rainy morning. The host was lovely and very helpful. This is the property I will remember from our trip to Japan. The home is large enough for families (we were five adults). Steep stairs mean the young or elderly should sleep in the tatami room on the main floor."

"Excellent location for easy walking or public transportation to major tourist sites and shopping. Comfortable quiet room, attentive staff, although as is common in Japan not much space for easy access to suitcases and clothes."

"This hotel was a great 1 night stay for us, it’s close to the market and shopping strip and a bus ride away from the station, castle and gardens. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a massage pillow which was a nice to use after a long day of travel. Easy to check in and out and also able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours whilst we got some breakfast before our train ride. "

"Hotel Vista is excellent and I would recommend to anyone to stay here! The location is fantastic as a 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. The room was lovely - very nicely decorated and furnished. All anmenities were very nice. All the staff were so kind and helpful. The value for money is extremely good and I would definitely choose to stay here again!! "
