Two nights stay in Kushiro

The hotell is very nice, clean and the staff is so helpful. When we got there all our luggage got carried in and brought up to our room for us. The gym was clean and spacious, but could have had more equipment like weights. The breakfast was not our favourite and nothing like the picture in our room. The location is great and really close to several good restaurants.

Excellent experience in this hotel!

This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again if we come back to Kushiro!

A delightful stay in Kushiro

Perfect example of not judging based on pictures. While the rooms are dated they are immaculate. Not a stray hair or spec of dust in our room. Excellent service and friendly staff. The AC issue did bother us and the room had a closed off smell. Lovely view and enjoyable breakfast buffet. Plus all their power is sourced from solar and a screen near the elevators shows the solar array power generation which is an added benefit for green energy nerds.

The is a very old and dated hotel that is in dire need of a renovation. The rooms were small by Crown Plaza standards and the morning breakfast offered very limited choices for those who prefer Western food. There were quite a few Western guests at the hotel during our stay, so they have a clientele that is pretty international. Even the quality of the Japanese breakfast was far from impressive. We have been traveling for three weeks in Hokkaido and have sampled many Japanese breakfasts. This was one of those at the lower end of the scale. There is a car park for those who drive, but it is not free. Nearby, there is a market with quite a variety of restaurants, especially in the evening when more open up. Unfortunately, none of the restaurants offer English menus so you just have to go with the photos and hope for the best. We fared quite well with the picture pointing and enjoyed three meals there.

I just want to stay overnight after arriving in Kushiro before going to other places. The srvice, room, etc. are fine, except that I find the room rather samll, even for a single person.

個別の室内空調が出来ない。室温が高かったので対策を求めたが、冷風機を持ち込んできただけ。結局、室温は下げられなかった。また、暖房を着る事は出来たが、外出する度に暖房が再開されてしまった。前時代の空調システム。
