Gluten free takes 15 minutes to prepare and is is pretty awful when it comes. The breakfast bar is confusing. When I asked for decaf coffee I was offered a satchet....which was awful. I paid good money for breakfast but could not get a decent cup of coffee and the staff were not helpful or considerate. I think they were too busy doing basics...probably short staffed."
