"The staff was very friendly, great wellness and great breakfast"

"We arrived Dec 24th to check in, only to find out that I made the reservation for the 25th by mistake!! This could have been a disaster but the front desk agent really helped us out. He was able to get us rooms that evening and to cancel the room for the next night, even though we had passed the deadline. He was so very helpful! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had many offerings. Additionally, the location was very convenient for us. "

"Spacious room with extra room for the single bed. Only downside is bathroom is very small and would benefit from being expanded since the room is so big."

"The room was amazing. Spotless, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem I had is that Expedia apparently didn't contact the hotel to actually reserve my room. The hotel staff said it wasn't the first time!!! What the heck?!?! Why can't Expedia simply do what they are paid and promise o do. Will probably book hotels directly in the future if I can't trust Expedia to do their job!!!!!!!!!"
