Right from the get-go our stay at the Green Town was a pleasurable experience. The receptionist advised on how we could get change for the taxi and was both professional and courteous in outlining the hotel facilities and in recommending local places to eat. The room was very well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Any queries we had were dealt with quickly and nothing seemed to be too much of an effort during our stay. The breakfast was a nice mixture of freshly-prepared cold and hot food, and was very tasty. The hotel itself is located a short walk away from the town and on the doorstep of the local basilica, and is very good value. All in all, we were very impressed and would highly recommend the Green Town to anyone considering a stay in Kutaisi.

Where to stay in Kutaisi

Fantastic hotel. Newer construction and very comfortable. Breakfast offering was all good. Perfect location for walking to town center - lots of stairs along the route. Staff was fantastic.

Great stay

Great stay. It's very near Bergati Church where is the most famous attraction in Kutaisi. It's a bit outside Kutaisi city center. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is tasty.

Great place to stay just outside of town.

The room was very large and had a nice view. The hotel is in great condition and the host is very nice. The blanket is small, just a little bit smaller then the size of the mattress. This seems to be the norm in Georgia. The location is just a 10 minute walk outside of the main town area. Breakfast was very good and they have parking if needed.

I spent one night at this hotel and found out that this small hotel was one of our best during this trip, cleanliness, room space, service-mind, Georgian breakfast and of course it is just step-away from the Great Bagrati Cathedral. Highly recommend. The hotel locates on the hill, then you need to using steps to walk to downtown but there is no problem. You can take Bolt back to hotel, it costs not more than Gel 3 (from McDonald’s Kutaisi). Highly recommend!!!

Charming stay near Bagrati!

Hotel Green Town was a great stay! The gentleman working the front desk was vey kind. Really a pleasure! Room was clean and even had a view of Bagrati from my window. It’s literally a 2 minute walk outside the front door. Take advantage of their great rooftop patio, which overlooks the city. You can also walk right to the heart of everything within a matter of 10 minutes!

Piacevole

Arrivato molto tardi, mi accorgo di essere l'unico ospite (mi è spiaciuto parecchio saperlo, poichè il proprietario è rimasto ad attendermi sino a tarda notte) La camera è piacevole, nuova o completamente ristrutturata, unica pecca la doccia, manca una tenda (o meglio ancora un pezzo di plexiglass) ed in questo modo si evita di allagare l'intero edificio. Non ho usufruito della colazione inclusa (ho evitato di chiederla poichè si era già fatto un'intera giornata ad aspettarmi il proprietario) Ho viaggiato a Novembre, forse motivo del perchè era tranquilla. Vicino alla chiesa e comodo per me, per poter raggiungere le grotte di Prometeo. Ha un parcheggio interno e chiuso (una sicurezza in più) Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo La zona, è un po' distante dal centro città per raggiungerla a piedi
