Great accomodation for a family - with facilities like bench top stove, cutlery, washing machine etc. Walkable to the station (~5 mts) . Overall was an enjoyable stay for our family.

The geographical location is relatively convenient。 The hygiene environment is not good, and the mattress is actually smelly with dirty marks, which is disgusting. There is dust on the table, and the kitchen utensils are greasy. No supplies such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.

This hotel was amazing!!! Me and the boys stayed at the hotel for 15 whole days. Throughout the entire stay, we had absolutely no complaints. Very clean and modern. The area was very central with close proximity to amenities, shops and the train station (and bussy stop). Very spacious and more than enough for me the 3 boys.

The apartment is really comfortable and spacious, even with three extra large suitcases. I truly enjoy staying here, and if I ever visit Kyoto again, I would definitely stay here again. The place was extremely clean and check-in was easy.

Very easy to get to transit (about 5 minutes) and in about 10 minute walk you can get to a nice busy area for shopping. Lots of quick delicious foods to eat close by as well.

The property is near Shijo subway & bus-stop. A Family mart is a few metres away. The hotel is well equipped with washing & cooking facilities. Instructions given on how to use them are clearly stated. It is spacious for the three of us. Will definitely return to stay at the hotel again if I am going to Kyoto in future.

Clean stay with convenient self-check in. A distance from the main Kyoto station which was similarly far on transit or walking but not out of the way; accessibility to subway and road transport to get around. Room was spacious and comfortable. No view beyond neighboring homes and the small balcony was dark and shaded. Good for hanging clothes as the unit included washing machine. Separate rooms for toilet, sink, and shower/tub was convenient and appreciated when travelling with a partner. Stove top and provided cook ware and dishes were nice. Foul smell from kitchen sink every so often but chalked up to plumbing issue and not a concern with the actual unit.

便利な長期滞在型ホテル
周辺は四条烏丸の地域で、地下鉄やバスの公共交通も便利、フレスコ、ライフ、成城石井等のスーパーや飲食店も多く、立地条件はよい。イタリアン、フレンチ、洋食と手頃な店もあり、京都の日本酒（北部１５と南部１５）を全３０種類を試飲感覚で飲める居酒屋も。テイクアウト専門ですが、香港・広東式のローストダックやポークのお店もよかったです。（定員４人用の部屋で）２人には広さもゆとりがあった。４人だときついでしょうが。食器やキッチン用具類も必要最小限あり。キッチン洗剤などの消耗品も置いてありよかった。ベッド、テーブルも問題なし。シーツ交換が有料ですが特に必要なかったです。１階フロント前には観光案内や周辺情報のチラシも置いてあります。 夜も静かで９日間滞在しましたが特に不便は感じませんでした。 チェックイン・チェックアウトは非接触型にしてあるせいもあり、初めてだと戸惑うこともあり。事前に電話連絡をしていただいたのもあり困ることはありませんでした。 ただ、難点もあげれば、エレベータの敷物がベタベタしているが不快感あり。キッチン周りで大・中の皿はありますが小皿がない。鍋・フライパンはありますが、鍋は蓋付きでないはないのと、フライパンはテフロン加工がはげて使いづらく、ストレスに感じました。案内なども基本、外国人向けにしてあるようですが、特に支障はありません。機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

It is clean and in new condition, much better than the photos shown. Very convenient having portable wifi. No TV. It will be fantastic if would offer luggage storage for short time. Little bit stress on the luggage matters. Otherwise all is good. Location is fantastic, in old style city, but very close to busy shopping centre and bus or train station and tourist places as well.

Great and good size
Great accommodation in Central Kyoto. The size and amenities are brilliant for alittke family and look as stylish as shown in pictures. Location is very good at walking distance to main shopping streets and even station and with plenty of buses and a nearby subway stations that take you anywhere else.

Good value accommodation
Like most hotels in Japan the rooms are quite small but also very clean. The apartment has a washing machine, so it was very handy to wash our clothes and repack our suitcase. There is a metro station close by and also a supermarket. There are limited kitchen items, microwave, hot plate and full sized fridge freezer. Unfortunately there is no English channels on the TV, but there is a free pocket WiFi. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kyoto.

Spacious room
Great accommodation with spacious room. It's a bit disappointed TV is missing. Great location close to transport, big shopping malls and eatery. Very quiet complex and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend for those prefer spacious room and great pricing.

Clean, quiet and a convenient location.
The room was immaculate, comfortable and with all the amenities we required. The location is very close to Kyoto Station and even closer to the metro station (2 stops from Kyoto). It is also easy walking distance to a number of popular local sights. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

Good location near main street and markets.
Easy access and clean. My only criticism is there is no TV which would we be good as we were travelling with a child . Otherwise it was a great place to stay.
