"Friendly valet staff, evening shift was moody and unprofessional. I was there for a business conference. Not an ideal location for outside dining. Must drive to a better neighborhood unless you like street Mexican foods. Will not stay there again unless it’s for business. Will not recommend."

"I would definitely come back. It's a small-ish hotel in the heart of the LA Live district. The lobby is modest, but the second floor outdoor patio is great. It's a good size, overlooks Figuero at Olympic (roads), has comfortable seating, and a nice long fountain. The room was tidy, the towels were soft, and the bed and chairs were comfortable."

"Tried to Valet park, stood there for 15 minutes finally asked the gentlemen 20 feet from me about valet? Response was no valet today? Ok could they could have put a sign out or verbally say sorry not valet today?"

"Super friendly staff and immaculate cleaning services. Stayed there with my son for 4 nights. Rooftop bar and pool a bonus. Yummy cocktails. Rooms was on the small side, but bed super comfy and we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would happily come back!"

"The air conditioner did not work, the remote for the ac also did not have batteries, it smelled awful like musk and humidity, desk lamp was also non functional, bed sheets had stains, sliding door by the window did not lock which is a huge security issue, the place was not clean whatsoever, and it’s pretty overpriced for how poorly the room was kept. "
