"This is a good property for the price. Big rooms, comfortable bed/pillow and clean sheets, clean shower and nice living space. I really appreciated the breakfast (included free in my stay) and the complementary drink upon arrival. It’s a very big, cool atrium-style building. It wasn’t fancy and didn’t feel exceptionally flashy in style, but for my professional needs (clean, modest) it was good. Everyone that worked at the facility was sweet and helpful, I’ll look forward to staying again. The only downside: Parking is steep at $67/night)"

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Nick at the front desk was the first person we met and gave excellent customer service. Kevin was the night manager and took care of a malfunctioning air conditioning issue in room by quickly changing our room. Simon the security guard was very helpful with the room change. He was professional and friendly. Beautiful sunset from penthouse pool. Great complimentary breakfast every day!"

"We had a one night stay between flights. It was a little difficult to find the shuttle pick up location at LAX, but once we did everything went smoothly. Love that the shuttle is available 24hrs. The chcck in staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again if needed for a short stay."
