The property is very well located, and the building is well kept. However the staff aside from the people working at the front door, and the bell boys were disinterested and unhelpful.. We had to request three times to have body lotion supplied to the pump beside the bathroom sink, twice to have a box of Kleenex, put into the Kleenex box holder, had to call to the front desk at one point to have our room cleaned at 5 PM since it hadn’t been cleaned at all that day.
The rooftop Terrace has a beautiful view however, the best seats aren’t kept for guest of the hotel. People are coming in off the street and using it as a place to take selfies so when we as hotel guest went to use it, there were no tables and we had to wait for about an hour for a table.

"The rooms are modern and tidy. Not sure if the safe is an optional extra as ours didn't work in the room. Pool and pool area were nice. Breakfast had everything you could want and more. Would stay here again."

"This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see ..."
