"I've stayed here many times. It was the only visit to Ruby Foo's that was not satisfying. The door to the washroom had to stay closed in order to sit on the toilet seat. The opened door was right up at the front of the toilet bowl if the door was not closed. Secondly, the toilet was a smaller size than I've seen in years and it was so low to the floor that I had to be careful when bending down. It would be perfect for a child being toilet trained. Both clocks in the room had the wrong time. One of the three light bulbs in the washroom were burnt out. There was no shower bar in the washroom and one of the two beds was soft. On the other hand the location was great, all but one staff were super efficient and friendly, it was very clean and parking right outside the building suited us perfectly. I will stay here again but mention these issues and get another room, possibly in a different area of the motel."

"The hotel, which seems quite new, is in an older neighborhood within walking distance to a Metro station, local stores and small restaurants. While it is very near a major road, it has been designed so there was no noise in our room. The room was large and well appointed. Staff was very helpful and kind. Free breakfast was adequate."

"The property would really benefit if it was updated a bit. The room was very outdated. The air conditioning did not work, the bed was not comfortable, the fan of the air exchanger was extremely noisy. I was disappointed with the room. The upsides were, the room was clean, a nice lobby, the breakfast at the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a good location."
