This is the place I always stay at in Montreal Its a hidden gem . Staff treat me like family and are always helpful. Free Breakfast and the restaurant makes great food . Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Limited parking as the lot is shared with another hotel. Breakfast is continental, bagged muffins fruit bowl type of thing. First room had some maintenance issues, after reporting to the front desk we got assigned a new room right away and a service team was scheduled for the previous room. Kim was amazing through the whole visit.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Suggestion for breakfast: While the complimentary breakfast is certainly appreciated and a nice added benefit, there are a few simple improvements that could make it even better. In addition to the jams, peanut butter, hard-boiled eggs, fruit salad, and other items, it would be great to include scrambled eggs, sausages, and cream cheese. Since the hotel serves fresh bagels, it was surprising that cream cheese was not available. These small additions would significantly enhance the breakfast experience for guests.

The staff was good and helpful. Property needs a lot of work. Washroom was extremely small and no place for keeping soap, they leave it at the floor. Breakfast was ok, some bread and beagles, serials . Ok to crash in one night

We did not like the cheap coffee machine in the room. We had terrible TV reception. The king bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not. The staff were smiling and helpful.
