"We stayed one night for its convenient walking distance to the airport. It is family owned and they allowed us to check in despite unexpectedly being there an hour early. We had a very early flight and we didn't want to rely on other modes of transportation. The 15-minute walk to the airport was safe and well-lit. There was no fear of crime or traffic."

"The staff were so miserable and unhelpful - forgetting our spa booojg altogether, trying to charge us double for a taxi to the airport that was meant to be included in the package and they never smiled and weren’t welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, however. And the breakfast was good. The rooms were okay, but outdated, they charged us random prices for drinks - charging double one night for drinks we’d had the previous night. It was chaotic and not restful. The city itself is pretty awful and this seemed to be carried through into the hotel."

"This place is not for anyone over 50. The location while close to train is frightening, very frightening. The rooftop is not open so no bar no breakfast no anything The room has nothing in it, no tissues no soap on tap, the pillows are non existent they are two pieces of hard foam. The beds are hard as bricks. It us not a place I can recommend but the staff tried their best and were cheerful and helpful but the hotel was beautiful 40 years ago but not now."

"This property is excellent, actually is the best of the best in the area that it’s situated. All amenities and all the staff is amazing 10/10. It’s just steps away from the Napoli CENTRALE Station which is the main reason we chose it. The only negative is the surrounding area in which is located which feels very unsafe, dirty and rundown."
