Primo Ostuni Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A lovely hotel just a five minute walk to Ostuni centro storico. I arrived by car, for a one night stay, and was able to make use of the free secure overnight parking just 300 meters along from the hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming, both at reception and throughout. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, there was no street or traffic noise overnight. The breakfast offering was excellent. Probably the best of my 10 day Puglia trip. Mostly continental-style, with lots of healthy cereal nut and fruit options, along with the usual pastries breads cheeses and eggs etc. Would certainly recommend."

"Daytime and late night staff were friendly and helpful. Afternoon staff person not so much. Website says shuttle available around immediate area and to airport, but when we inquired were told by afternoon person we could not use van to get to bottom of hill (with our luggage) for our car pickup and also before stay when I asked about shuttle service to airport, we were directed to make our own arrangements- they did not provide. I would recommend clarity on use of shuttle. Aslo- music entertainment in the square echos off buildings and the noise until 1:30 am was unfortunate."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ostuni Palace Hotel Ristorante & Spa. The location was fantastic, with beautiful views of Ostuni right outside the hotel and only about a 10-minute walk to the historic centre. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was very good with a great selection. Another big plus was the free parking, which made having a car in Ostuni so much easier. Breakfast and parking being included made the stay even better value. We didn’t get a chance to try the spa during our stay, but it’s a nice option to have on-site. Overall, a beautiful hotel in a great location for exploring Ostuni."

"Beautiful apartment in a palazzo only 6 minutes walk to the old town square in Ostuni. Refurbished to an exceptionally high standard with excellent taste throughout. Also had the bonus of 2 terraces in which to enjoy the sunsets. We would absolutely recommend this property. The communication was excellent and our host was flexible in meeting us early. Also note that only 5 minutes in one direction you can have an excellent breakfast at Bonito on Via Pola or head down to the old square and you can have an exceptional meal with outstanding service at Passaporto on Via Roma(need to reserve)."
