"Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The staff was friendly, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, very close to the airport. My only concern was the airport shuttle service. When we arrived, we waited for more than an hour, and no shuttle showed up, so we had to take an Uber. For our return, the front desk scheduled us for the 6:10 AM shuttle, but when we came downstairs at 6:05 AM, it had already left. Despite the shuttle inconvenience, I still recommend this hotel. The room quality and overall comfort made our stay enjoyable."
