"A fabulous stay. Resort spotless, beautiful kept grounds and peaceful and quiet. Taxi rank outside for convenience. Staff attentive and nothing is a problem for them. The biggest compliment is the food at the restaurant ate there every night and everything I had off the menu was superb. Spoke to other guests who couldn't believe how nice the food was. "Another great stay at the Mirador Papagayo. The food and restaurant service have been improved further still which was noticeable. The staff are really helpful from reception through to cleaning staff all going out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable experience."

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The all inclusive premium was great and offered a really good selection of popular drinks and nice food options. Our room was lovely and we really enjoyed the swim up pool but some areas felt like were getting tired and floor tiles were starting to crack in places. We really enjoyed the different restaurants, Oceana especially, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We really enjoyed Portofino’s breakfast options but felt we were let down during evening service a couple of times and had to follow up with drinks (food came before drinks) and deserts were missed after ordering. It did feel like some restaurants and bars (with our stay being at the beginning October) were running on lower staff numbers, the waiters and waitresses on hand were doing a lot of running around and working exceptionally hard but we couldn’t help but think another 1 or 2 members of staff in each area would really help the existing staff and guests have a better experience. We enjoyed the spa but only visited once due it to being an additional charge to the all inclusive premium. We made use of the padel court and gym (at no extra cost) which were great. Location was lovely too for coastal walks / running and easy access to the port."

I would like to mention that there should be access for disabled people to the theater and the disco (the entire floor where they are located) because it is a sad to watch them looking and trying to access it and then noticing that they will not be able to participate and there it is not inclusion for them."
