"The apartment was smelly. The bathroom was not presentable and the sleeping sofa was of very poor quality. No dove cover for two people..in general not matching the price nor expectations. Photos should include bathroom as well. We were staying at apartment 5 so we are not aware if rest of rooms are in better conditions. From the photos you get the sense that there is garden. This is not the case"

"I recently spend a week at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and speaks english. The facilities are very nice, clean and well kept; there is a great bar/restaurant area with good drinks and food, nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy a beverage as well and a nice pool area. The rooms unfortunately don't have balconies, but they are nice and has everything you could want - the bathrooms are updated and feature bidet and waterfall shower. It's location i very ideal, it's close to a lot of resturants and two shopping centers, also the aquarium and museum are just a walk away. All the things we wanted to see was within a 30min walk distance. The hotel also has a spa in the basement which i definitely worth a visit!"

I can't stop talking about the food at the hotel that very exceptional and delicious, the chefs should deserve to be recognize, thank you to Gerry, Alba, Sebastian, and Lucia for being the best chefs at a hotel chain. In addition thank you to the dinning crew and bar personal Zynab, Javi, Fernando, Felix, ria, Ghizlan 1 & 2, Lucia, Marci, Leire, Laura. lastly Vilma, yolanda for making my room comfortable and Olver, Nildo. "Beautiful location with walking access to excellent beaches and natural areas. The property is run by a uniquely friendly staff who goes out of their way to help. Terrace and balcony views of the mediterranean sea are definetely soecial. We had a wonderful time there."
