"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"Questo è l’ottavo albergo in cui alloggio in Francia in questa vacanza. Il più caro ed il più deludente. Se spendo 270€ mi aspetto il top. Ristorante al completo. Dovreste garantire un tavolo a camera invece c’erano persone esterne perchè il parcheggio era pienissimo ed al mattino alle 8 non c’erano più le stesse macchine.
