"We had an unforgettable experience at Hotel Belle Plage in Cannes. After having a very bad experience at another hotel, we decided to leave and luckily found this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the team treated us with so much kindness, especially once they learned about our previous situation. It was also our first wedding anniversary, and Charlene and Valentin at reception went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. To our surprise, they even prepared a delicious cake and champagne in our room and gifted us a spa voucher which we used and absolutely loved. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, modern, chic, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, but Charlene and Valentin truly made our stay unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel special, comfortable, and so well taken care of. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our anniversary so memorable we can’t wait to return!"
