"The room was very run down and falling apart, the sick was falling off the wall the shower didn't even drain right it flooded the floor of the handicapped shower. I had a 2year and they make you tell them the age of your child and they still gave me this room my son fell multiple times on the floor of the bathroom it never really dries out so it remains wet for the whole stay I was there 5days and feel like I paid to stay in a dump and it is not a cheap price"

"Rome was clean and comfortable. Great seating and however shower leaves something to be desired. Just bummed about the coffee in the room. Horrible. "

"This visit was our second one as a large group of friends. During the day and later at night, we gathered in the area used for the breakfast. The staff was always so kind to us, never complaining about us being in the area. We were not loud nor did we leave a mess. We felt welcome and will return again for our next group occasion!! "
