"The drive outside the resort is very hilly. Ups and downs and turns also they drive on left side. One lane to go and to come. To pass you must go over to incoming traffic. It's not bad but just letting you know. The resort is beautiful. The people very nice. They speak English and French. The local markets have all kinds of fruits and drinks and they have a mall all within 15 minutes from the resort. We enjoy the outside restaurant right next to the lake and a overlook restaurant going up to the mountain. Also the lava bath and waterfall. For me it was an experience. The more you know, the more you want to go to different places."

The front desk staff (Celus) was amazing! sharing very helpful tips and insights for tours and activities. the firefly studio views was just breathtaking! the other front desk staff ( Quana) was also very friendly and helpful and with a special request for a surprise setup in our room."
