"So - when we arrived, the manager Nicolas was amazing. We were early, no problem… he gave us a newly refurbished room which whilst small was excellent. We asked about going into Bordeaux and he spend time talking us through how best to do it, where to go etc. he couldn’t do enough for us and all with a smile. Breakfast was fabulous… we would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay - just off the otorway but quiet! "

"Stunning property. A little warning to travellers: there is Nothing to do there and no where to eat nearby except for Caudalie, which was booked out every night and day. So unless you are happy to travel every night around 30 minutes, prepare yourself for dining on sandwiches. Other than that the property is lovely "

"Beautiful property in lovely surroundings. Great pool and shaded tree areas adjacent. Restaurant had a limited menu on Sunday evening with limited staff available so choice was not great but they went out of their way to produce a veggie option which wasn’t already part of the limited offer. Breakfast in the sunshine was lovely on a hot Monday morning with good service. So go is unnecessarily complicated though. Great stopover and noted for future trips travelling south through France. We will be back!"

"Does the job. Rooms are clean and looked new, bed was confortable, quiet, it’s a good value for the price if you are just passing by. Breakfast is also of good value."
