The line to check in was very long, waited. 45 minutes. The member services did upgrade our room, but it is completely in another tower far from the heart of the casino. They escalators and elevators are not working, which makes walking the distance even more.

Charged me early check in fee at 2:30 p.m. My room was ready what is the check in fee for, makes no sense. MGM properties do not do this.
