"It was such a terrible experience at Hyatt Ziva. We booked here because we had a great experience at Hyatt Ziva in Cancun. We stayed in the building two which was supposed to be the newer building. The room was not soundproofed. There’s a bar right across our room. Very loud at night until almost midnight. Early Morning you got kids upstairs running around making noises. The food was just ok but server had nasty attitudes."

"The hotel amenities are far more than what we expected. From the 5 different restaurants onsite to the massive pool overlooking the ocean, there is no reason to leave the resort. The resort also provides daily activities such as cooking classes or a mixology class for those who want to make that perfect cocktail! Overall our experience has been memorable. We highly recommend the resort."

The food was great and every meal was fresh and beautifully presented. The resort itself was immaculately maintained, from the common areas to the rooms and pools. It is clear that cleanliness is a real priority here."
