This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "We had a good sized room with a balcony and a view over the wheel and water. The staff was incredible and supremely helpful. The room had a lovely 2 part bathroom and plenty of outlets. We had great suggestions for dinner and were escorted to our room including help with the bags. Great stay!"
