"So much wood and a very ample space. Clean and the staff aiming to please. I'd rather stay here than in an expensive hotel - much more room, kitchen, living room, multiple bedrooms with balcony. It is at the edge of the Historic city so choose your route home wisely after 8pm. The place looks like the pictures posted. So charming. Loved our stay."

"The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again."

"There were so many small details missed on this rental. None of the kitchen appliances were plugged in or working. Nor could I plug them in myself. The only finishing on the wall was a mirror that should have had a light bar around it. The light didn’t work. There were towels missing from one bathroom. All of this points to a rushed listing with no quality check.
The unit was at the corner of two extremely busy and loud streets which made getting sleep difficult. Parking was an additional fee...
