"The breakfast was amazing. Probably one of the better breakfast at a hotel. The parking was fine. The staff was kind. The room was clean but had no towels and I was unable to adjust the air conditioning."
"The hotel was more than we expected for the price we paid. Clean, comfortable and convenient, if we go to Tepic again we will definitely be staying there."
"Airconditioning was very effective. Hot tub not heating. Pool great temperature. Restaurant very good, nice decor, attentive staff. Reception saff pleasant and very helpful
A bit of traffic noise as property was close to a newly constucted highway but was still fine."
"I had high expectations for this 4 star hotel until I figured out that the scale is out of 10 stars.
I booked the luxury studio suite which advertised city view. We got to the room to find only one window that opens up to the hallway. The hallway that connects from the lobby, meaning every guest could look inside if they wanted to.
That’s not even the craziest part of this room. Room 3 btw. This room had a door with a slit in it. Meaning someone can(again) peek inside if they wanted to. I get that the chances of this happening are low but from a safety and privacy perspective this is unacceptable.
The advertised kitchenette is literally just a stove and fridge. If you want to cook anything you’ll have to bring everything yourselves including plates and utensils. It was also disgusting and smelly in the “kitchenette” cabinets.
The “high speed wifi” was also abysmal and borderline useless as it cut in and out. We spent half a day trying to figure out what to do until we complained. The front desk then gave us a different network that actually works so make sure to request the faster network from the get go.
After complaining about the numerous problems about our initial room we were allowed an upgrade to a junior suite(7). I remembered that this room advertised mountain-view and I have no complaints here.
The bathrooms? Smelled weird and is incredibly ugly. It’s functional though, I guess.
The employees were nice though and Is the only reason why this place gets 2 stars"
