"The hotel was generally tired looking and in need of an update in corridors and rooms. I expect much more from having stayed at many other Novotel hotels. I would chose an alternative to stay. "A l'appel le matin pour savoir si nous aurions mangé à l'hôtel le soir, on n'a pas pu savoir le prix du menu du soir, à l'arrivée il n'était pas exposé ni à l'extérieur ni à l'intérieur et , réservation faite sur le site Expedia, sur lequel rien n'était marqué concernant les heures d'ouverture de la réception, on a pas été prévenues que la réception aurait été fermée jusqu'à 18 h. On a été prévenues par email à 15.40 que la réception aurait été fermée jusqu'à 18h à notre arrivée. Vu le rapport...
