"Great Pool Area with a Great Beach View, Room was clean, Housekeeper Lady was very good. Breakfast was Awesome, Staff at the Restaurant, Bar and Pool Area was Excellent. The Front Desk Staff in the other hand was not friendly at all and need more customer service training. As a family we arrived at 3:15pm from a long flight, when I tried to check in the gentleman told me he could not find my reservation after he asked me to show him on my personal phone the reservation he then took a picture of my reservation with his phone. Then he told us the room was not ready that he was going to hold our luggage in a holding room and that if we would like to go to the restaurant and we could wait for our room there. Keep in mind he never apologize for not having my room ready at 3pm like the check in is supposed to be, we decided to eat at the restaurant. The front desk did not even had the decency to let us know our room was ready after about an hour, the front desk told one of the restaurant wait staff to let us know which I found very unprofessional I did mentioned about it and they told me the Lady in Charge of the hotel would come and talk to me she never did.But overall nice hotel, and a good location walking distance to the little downtown Zihuatanejo.."

"No breakfast available Limited view The unit we had should not have been available the bathroom was disguising the tile floor had no grout, the shower area had no glass doors so water ran all over the floor. No hot water, walls had cracks and mold "

"Pros: Nice pool open until 9pm. Rooftop terrace. Clean room, a/c works well. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for restaurants, markets, transit. Complimentary water dispensers. Really good complimentary continental breakfast: fruit, cereal, toast, coffee. Cons: Doors of adjacent rooms can be loud/jarring."

"Really enjoyed this place. The owner was very helpful and the cleaning stuff very friendly. I love the fact that we could cook our own breakfast and enjoy the wonderful scenery of Zihuatanejo."
