"We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026. I would stay at this property again. I've only been to Guayabitos a few times and this was my first time staying for multiple nights. This is more of a boutique hotel that has only 6 rooms. We had a great time and had the pool to ourselves sometimes. Super close to the beach and to restaurants."

"Property was kept clean at all times. Structurally has details that need repairs, like the pool where one of my kids got cut, probably loose or missing tiles. The food was buffet style and repetitive every day. Besides those concerns staff was helpful and friendly, and room was kept well."

"Great location, clean, great staff. Not a luxury hotel, if you are looking to be catered too this is not the place for you. Food was very basic but we only tried once all other days we were out enjoying all the local spots. Definitely would stay here again!"

We stayed with young kids and loved the room size, room service, fully equipped kitchen, pool, and great facilities. Highly recommended."
