"It is definitely family friendly but don't forget water shoes for the kids as the area around the kids pool was quite slippery. I wish the drinks were a little more consistent and that they cleaned up the glasses around the pool area more. We stayed around the activities pool so I can only speak on that. The Asian restaurant (Silk) was awesome, the Italian (Amalfi) was also very good but La Pergola (Mexican) was terrible. Nice omelet station at the buffet. Snack bar (La Bamba) was very good and there's an ice cream stand as well. It is a time share resort but we were only approached when we arrived and they respected that we were not interested. And I loved that there was laundry available for 120 pesos per load including soap. Didn't have to bring home wet clothes!"

"The first 2 days we stayed in a terrible condo with no view of the outside, it gave us a very claustrophobic feeling. Luckily we were upgraded to a very nice studio."

"We received a fantastic upgrade to a ocean view balcony. Our room was very clean. Staff in the dinning areas was excellent. You need to be early to get a spot by the pool area, but ample space by the ocean."

"Just got home. This place exceeded all my expectations and has become my favorite Mexico resort. Food was incredible, place was super clean, staff was very friendly. 10/10 (Oceanfront room, bathroom had a septic smell on check in, but we ran the shower a few minutes and continued to in the mornings and never had another issue!) "This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. It is closer to the theme park and that will be amazing when it opens, but the transportation system with the gondola, buses, and trams are well designed and so easy to navigate. They need more signage for the Bon hotel on the footpaths, however. The only regret is we didn’t get to stay long enough and enjoy the amazing pool near Bon, as we spent most of our time near the Beachland, the main pools, and lazy river and waterside. Vidanta in general is gorgeous, expansive, and very thoughtfully laid out. We loved it! Gracias!"
