"Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. We went at the start of the season so very quiet, instead of buffet breakfast and dinner everything was made to order - think there was only one other couple staying. They have activities to do on the property such as a tour of the winery, a bike tour through the grounds, and truffle hunting.
