"Beautiful property on the Colorado river. Really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was outstanding. Only complaints: they charged a $20/day parking fee even though spots were plentiful (and even though they didn’t disclose until checkout). No where to eat. The restaurant was insanely inflated with limited choices so we drove to Moab (50min round trip) every day for meals. We were “greated” by a yellow sac spider on our first day. It tried to attack our youngest child but we were able to stop it. We found the cleaners leave the door open while doing their work which was likely how it got in"

"The Apache Motel was a great find if you’re looking for reasonable accommodations in Moab. Staff was first rate. They have a fire pit every night with smores and only 10 minutes from Arches National Park. If you need someone to make your bed daily to feel like vacation, you may want to skip, but if you love a clean, kitschy, retro motel with plenty of charm and a friendly staff…Apache Motel is for you! They also have loaner townie bikes if you’re looking to ride into town got a quick bite. AC worked like a charm in the 90+ weather, and the heated pool was especially refreshing after a long day of hiking. BBQ available for your use if you’re looking to cook your own dinner. The John Wayne theme is so much fun! "
