"I was very disappointed on the maintenance. The air conditioner did not work it was leaking, called the front desk and they said that they would come to fix it and never did. Called three times the front desk. We turned off the air conditioner and the unit kept on leaking all night and the carpenters got disking wet. I would not recommend it for a stay."

"This hotel has terrible communication with Expedia. They wanted me to pay when I had already paid, Expedia gave me confirmation #s hotel id #s and they still didn’t accept that I had paid. They said they would give me a room to stay for the night until the manager came in the next day and resolved the issue; they gave me a key to a room that was being used, I waited another 15 minutes until they came back with a key for another room. I checked in on a Friday and they didn’t confirm my stay until Saturday at around 11 am because I called to ask if the issue had been resolved. This was supposed to be a fun relaxing weekend and I was worried about being kicked out until they cleared it up. I don’t think I would stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend."

"The room was good! Just what you need for a basic stay. My only thing is please don’t eat at the hotel restaurant. It was expensive and the worst food I have ever had. They served us meat in the flautas with tiny bones. It was disgusting and the waiter was rude. Just avoid the restaurant and you’re good."
