"This is a wonderful resort. We stayed for 2 weeks and the first week was excellent. The second week we needed to change penthouse suite as there was something wrong with out jacuzzi then the second penthouse suite we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as you would get a shock as soon as you touch the water they showed up right away to fix it. But as soon as we went to use it it would shock again. So we never had a jacuzzi for halt our stay. "

"The Cana Brava Apartments are very nice. The room was nice, obviously newly furnished and had a working AC, plus a nice walk-in shower. The restaurant is good and prices are ok. Please be aware that the building is very remote, so a rental car is recommended. Walking distance to the Hardrock Casino is 10-15 Min. and to the Beach Club (highly recommended) like 25 Minutes. "

"This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful. I did not receive the full address and building details until shortly...

"The room was very clean, the salad bar options were great and so was the omelette station at the outside breakfast buffet. David entertained while cooking multiple orders at the same time. The pool was nice and active, but we preferred the gorgeous beach. We saw almost no seaweed, the sand was soft and the water was warm and a beautiful turquoise color, especially when the sun hit it. A lot of the staff were very friendly, especially in the outdoor breakfast/lunch restaurant. The restaurants were nice. It was fun to get dressed up, servers good and decorated very nice. The food was hit or miss. One appetizer would be good, the other not so much. One entree really good, the other not good. Overall, we enjoyed the restaurants though. We highly recommend the Luxury Ambar and can’t wait to go back!"
