"A huge thank you to Ana on reception at check in - her warm and welcoming manner was the perfect start to our stay. Ana had considered our room preferences when allocating for our stay and we appreciate this so much. Having stayed at the hotel many times, room 305 is our favourite yet! We are currently enjoying another 4 nights in another room at the hotel and will most definitely be returning!"

"Location location location its in a wonderful spot right near a square close to all absolutely five stars lobby/bar is awesome. The room was perfect. My only grip is the gym is a little smaller than I’d like. I would recommend this place 100% everybody was sweet kind considerate just as an FYI they sell flowers in the front if you want to look with your wife"

"Good facilities. For city location, pool is unusual but not big enough area for sufficient number of sun beds for size of hotel. Gym also could be bigger. Breakfast good selection but not everything replenished during each sitting. Late check out offered but for a fee. Overall lovely hotel in good location overlooking Turia Park."
