"The room was hot! I’m talking sweat dripping off of me as I tried to get ready for a concert the night I stayed. I couldn’t even put my makeup on. The night staff and morning staff were warm and friendly. When I arrived for check-in around 4, there was a man at the desk, he didn’t say a word until I greeted him. I’m not sure if he was training or not, another lady came from the back and took over the transaction, but any decent customer service employee would know that customer service is most important. Once I was given my keycards to the room, I had to figure out where my room was, no direction given whatsoever. I have never stayed here before and I will NEVER stay again! The shower in the bathroom was not cleaned! There were strings of hair everywhere as soon I pulled back the curtain. The only thing I did like was the sink and counter top space actually being in the bathroom. I also want to add the platform style beds that I kept scraping my legs on were a big no! They need to get rid of them expeditiously. The beds were also sold as queen and they were not, full size at most. The cold breakfast bar was not it either! I do not enjoy cereal for breakfast and the options were sugary cereal at that. Highly do not recommend anyone staying here! "

"Staff was amazing. Super clean room and safe area not far from the French Quarter. Free self parking. I would recommend saving the money and staying at this great place "
