Great hotel to stay at while transiting through KL. Is a short walk from KLIA1 or there are little buggies that will take you. The hotel is clean, beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious. If you want to go into KL you can buy a return ticket on the KLI Espres train. Cost about 90, 000 RM but gets you into the city in 30 minutes. The only downside this time at the hotel was that the pool at the hotel was undergoing maintenance and closed at 7:00 p.m. I would definitely stay here...

Great service. Attentive and very hospitable. Great for families

The staffs are all welcoming and helpful.. The area is easy access to shop and restaurant.. I loveee it. Thank you i will definitely be back.

Very new hotel, right in the middle of KLIA2, perfect for our night flight

We were very pleasantly surprised that the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable too. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. Definitely a good choice if you are in transit. We stayed at the sama sama express in KLIA 1.

The staff are very kind and the room is clean and quiet.

Threadmill in the gym wasn’t working Apart from that it was a nice place with good places to eat within walking distance

Location is good and the interior is well designed

Book a Deluxe room (& A suite- direct booking) The overall stay is very satisfying and happy.. Although the first day we stayed there, the room floor is sticky and dusty.. managed to call them to mop and clean. Din get to use the facilities and not very clear if there is any swimming pool. Love the shopping mall. And all happy. Wished to go there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very convenient ideal for short trip not for a vacation

The hotel receptionist was very helpful. I had an early morning and left before 5am so he helped pack some breakfast for me, and had the bill ready so I could leave without any hassle. The club lounge was unstaffed during cocktail hours(probably because there weren’t many guests on that day) and I needed to call someone to open the drinks. But all else was good. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room was very clean. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Putrajaya.

Clean rooms and friendly front desk staff

Fantastic service and love the hotel decor and breakfast

Clean room, fully equipped, perfect for a short (6 hrs) overnight layover in between flights. Easy access within the terminal, only a few minutes' walk from and to the gates. No customs clearing needed.
