"Skrækkeligt hotel. Personalet kunne ikke finde vores reservation, da vi fik et værelse måtte vi bede om håndklæder og toiletpapir, lagner var beskidte. Der var ingen rengøring på værelset i de 3 dage vi var der, måtte igen bede og rene håndklæder og toiletpapir... Der var ellers rigeligt med personale. Der var ingen information om stedet og der var svært at kommunikere med personalet, vi kunne læse os til i andre anmeldelser at der var en cafe som havde morgenmad, men ingen fortalte os om det...

Simply put, THE BEST beach resort I’ve stayed in ever. There are many similar stunning resorts out there but what set Ta’Aktana apart for me was the amazing service that was consistently experienced throughout the property, from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar. Truly impressed with how warmly welcomed we were made to feel at our 5 nights. Highly highly recommended.

Loved each and every minute on the resort. The reef just off the beach was a bonus... look out for lion fish, sting ray and squid from the jetty after dinner. Loads of marine life when u snorkel.
They also provide tours to Rinca, Padar Island and other islands

Overall value for money. An inconvenience is that it is a distance away from town and I had to spend IDR 50k one way to town and back. While they provide shuttle, the timings are not necessarily ideal. It will be great if they have their own in-house shuttle and can arrange for transportation any time. Also in the room I stayed, the rain shower's pressure was very low and I could not shower well standing up. Instead I had to squad to use the tap instead. While this works for me as a petite...

A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member

Walking distance from airport. Very affordable and room is spacious. Bed is comfy. Staff are helpful. Final 50m or so is on muddy path so it might be tricky if you brought wheeled luggage.

This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well.
