"Our room was very nice and the amenities checked all the boxes but were disappointing. Pool and gym very small and the restaurant looked like a college cafeteria. No ambiance at all. Not a lot close by but we did find a good restaurant about a mile away. Loved the tables and chairs outside."

"My daughter and I had a great stay at this property. We came to see Arianna Grande @ the Center Belle, easy walk, so close. The staff was very helpful. We had a club level room and Breakfast was included each morning which was out standing. They also offered free appetizers up there through out the day as well which was very helpful as we ate early before the concert, (also very good food) We did use the restaurant the first night and it was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again. :)"

"great location and price is lower compared to hotels, especially during peak season. However, it’s still a campus residence - housekeeping is only once a week so during our whole stay of 4 days the room got pretty messy with no way for us to clean it. The room wasn’t super clean when we checked in, there was hair here and there, stains on the couch. The AC is old, windows don’t open, so the air felt a bit stiff inside. Other than that, it was a fine room that has all the amenities you need like private shower, towels, shampoos."

"The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, in Montreal (land of pastries!) I had hoped to see a croissant or pain au chocolat on the buffet but instead it was plain bagels and plain bread to toast. The one thing that confused me was that we (group of 4) booked the room with a sofa bed (and booked it as a group of 4) but when we arrived the sofa bed was folded in and without sheets. We found 1 sheet - 1 pillow - 1 blanket, so we couldn't even make the sofa bed ourselves. We called downstairs and they sent up the remaining materials, and then in making the bed ourselves we discovered that the state of the sofa bed mattress was pretty terrible, with springs poking out under it and making it impossible to lift it up to properly make it. All this to say, it was a surprise both that they didn't make up the sofa bed for us (as every other property has done, even the really discount ones) and that the state of the sofa bed mattress was so bad. Also, they won't send you someone with a cart to help you with your luggage. If you want a luggage cart, you have to go downstairs to get it and then you have to fight your way into the elevator to take it back down. Again, this was something new for me, even the budget hotels have always sent up someone to help me with luggage carts."

"Excellent location close to shops, restaurants, and markets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, so you have to use valet parking. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I would happily stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Omni. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. One fun touch was the hotel's adorable dog mascot at the reception desk—it definitely added some charm to the experience. The gym facilities were excellent and much better equipped than we expected. The location was also a major highlight, with easy walking access to many great restaurants, shopping, and popular attractions in downtown Montreal. The only downside was that the mattresses in our room were very soft and sagging. Overall, we'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Montreal."
