"I like the location of this hotel, close to attractions we visited. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful! The hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Nice breakfast buffet provided."

Also, during our entire 3-day stay, our room was never cleaned, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. We expected much better service and attention to guests. "Hotel was a little dated, our room was nice but the bathroom needs updating. The room must not have been used for a while (4th floor Rm 405) when we turned on the water in the sink, it gurgled and came out black... It turned to clear water after a couple of seconds... Not a good way to start, but the room was nice, bed was comfortable."

"If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait. Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided. Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia were misleading. Not sure if I’d return."
