Hotels near Lackland Air Force Base Visitor Center

"Very dirty rooms (stained walls, floors, and sheets, dead bugs in the wall art and in the corners of the room) and the property itself is run down and dirty with trash everywhere. The doors are broken and difficult to open/close. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Stayed one night for a baseball tournament and about 15 vehicles were broken into and vandalized all around the parking area. They claim to have cameras and security guards, however, we were never able to speak to the security guard they claim to have and he must of been asleep on the job that night if nobody noticed that many vehicles being damaged. They offered no help at all other than instructing us to call the PD. Our vehicle was parking a few feet away from the front office, unbelievable that so many people were affected and nobody cared!! Again DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Although they had a breakfast buffet, it wasn't one with many choices. Eggs, sausage and hashbrowns, but buffet nonetheless. Also had wafflemakers, milk and juice options. Staff was great. Kayla, was very accomodating and helpful."

"I had booked In advance and when I got there I checked in and then went to my rooms and there was people sleeping inside the rooms on one of them . On the other room the restroom was dirty like it wasn’t clean at all . Then I went to reception to complain and their was two other couple complaining for the same reason that their was people already inside their rooms too . "
