Really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were given a lovely large room that was cool in the city’s heat. The location of the hotel is perfect. Lots of lovely and good bars and restaurants in this area. Be warned the mosquitos move into the city in July and August, specifically near the canal. The hotel was undergoing some works when we where there so I am sure what was already very good, is about to be even better. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out ..."

"This eco-friendly hotel is a hidden gem. The house is comfortable and clean, situated in the mountains. The couple that run the hotel are AMAZING. They were very much on top of supporting our family while we stayed there."
